Church's Chicken

This location is hit and miss. Most times they don't have chicken ready and ask you to wait 10 min. Then there are things missing from your bag when you get all the way home. Too expensive for fried chicken.

Always a favorite. Sometimes it can take a bit to get your food but it's fresh and so worth it.

The food itself is really good but the staff is horrible, my mom only speaks spanish and when she asked for someone that speaks spanish all of the sudden she got an attitude with the lady. Has happened many times.

I don't recommend this place to anyone, I waited 20 minutes in the drive through line just so they can mess up my order. As I pulled up to the window I see the worker with her headphones ignoring us while she was on the mic for drive thru her name was Sandra HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE FOOD WAS DRY AND DRINKS WHERE WARM!!!!

The chicken was not seasoned, and has no taste at all. They also need to change the grease. I have had better tasting church's chicken at other locations. This one was horrible.

Just encountered a horrible experience at Church's locations store number 1385 ask to speak with manager manager was very rude his name was Jeremiah I was trying to redeem my birthday certificate got asked several questions as if it was fake coupon and also was not able to receive leg and thigh as coupon says on the coupon he only gave me one thigh and from my understanding the coupon says leg thigh or Tender just wasn't pleased at all with the service that was given to me laughed in front of my face as his employees watched and I feel humiliated as I left this branch!!!I repeat I will never ever in life go back to that location even though that is 3 minutes away from my house don't feel like it was right at all

It's happened SEVERAL times that I get home and food is missing. Really!? Everybody hates that. They will give you trust issues. And the containers they use for the mac and cheese melts away into your food. You'd think that by now they would learn to use a melting proof container because Nobody likes eating styrofoam. (Not to mention the soggy okra, my receipt was wrong and when going back to pick up the missing item nothing was offered to me for my troubles)

I received my (2) wings with the burnt wire rack lines on the bottom that the chicken had been sitting on in the warmer. The (1) piece I ate, because I was starving was very dry. I returned the (1) piece the next day. I showed it to the manager, and he took care of the matter, but was not happy about it.

I just left that place. The chicken has no taste. The Young guy working the front counter was more friendly than the manager that was working tonight. Overall, I felt like they were not very accommodating. I waited 25 minutes for hot chicken for the fryer, and wasn't even offered a free small soda! That's not good customer service!!!

It fit my budget and filled me and my son up! I got the 5 piece dark with biscuits and 2 side. I couldn't timed it better. I had to wait for a couple minutes, but it was worth it. DELICIOUS! Thanks Hilary and Sandra for tell me about the different special's, that SURE help my budget out.

The worst service ever at a Church's. Took 25 min to get chicken tenders and the management was rude as hell. Very poorly run place

This place sucks. The chicken has no season at all, and taste as if it was cooked in old grease. I only gave it 1 star because i enjoyed their lemonade.. Compliments of a water cup... Anywho i dnt recommend this place to anybody.. SAVE YOURSELF!

I wish I could give negative stars. Google,yelp and the location itself show they're open till 10. Went at 9pm tonight and they are long closed. All lights were off, with no explanation or reasoning of why they closed early. Get it together!!

I love their chicken and Biscuits. I just wish their spicy chicken was spicier or they had an EXTRA spicy option.

Twice I've been here during normal business hours and found them closed . The first time I when there I was told it would be a 30 minute wait. This is a horrible excuse for a business. The website shows they are open but it's a lie and a waist of people's time.

I like this place because they fry the chicken for us and we don't have to do it at home... my chickens are for egg-laying purposes only.

Use disposable gloves.
